We prepare your consent order application and supporting documents for filing with the Court.

Binding Financial Agreement for couples (pre or post separation) who have reached agreement on how property and parenting arrangements will be managed, and want to document that in an agreement.
Includes 2 rounds of contract revisions. Extra revisions at $250 per round of revision.
A note on scope
Our fixed fees cover clearly defined scopes of work, set out in our terms of service. They don't cover contested matters or court appearances. Arrangements with complex assets may attract higher fees, but we’ll let you know upfront. Standard court and administrative fees apply. Legal Mars acts for one party only.
